MODABODE has recently purchased a 2-acre block in the Hunter Valley Wine Country to develop a display centre. The prototype e-BODE is now installed and two further units are planned. The houses will be available for holiday rental – a great way to try out the e-BODE lifestyle before putting in your order!







	MODABODE has a manufacturer! A Newcastle-based steel-framing company is ready to construct the e-BODE. A price for the single module has been established at AU$129,000 +GST. The price will vary if two modules are combined to make a larger house. Further detail about costs and the procurement process is on the 'your abode' page. Please contact us if you are ready to begin the exciting process of building an e-BODE for your site. MODABODE will first configure the e-BODE to suit your requirements and prepare an individual quote and specification. We will then submit drawings to Council with the DA for a fixed fee of $3,500 +GST. Receipt of Development Approval can take several weeks, and there will be no commitment to proceed with the purchase at this stage. MODABODE cannot yet take orders from outside Australia.
